Hitmayne thats the dumbest shit you ever said for real. Jay didnt do that track for T-Pain what version you listening to??????? His exact words are Death of Auto-Tone moment of silence. Also a few more quotables "Death to Ring-Tone rap" "Yall need to stop wearin them tight jeans I'll wear all black for weeks straight by any means"

song hot garbage.... i mean to me... its just not my thing..... i rember when i first copped i got the hookup soundtrack... i skipped track 3 jay-z why cause since his first to albums i aint heard a real J HIT.....


and J did do this cause he going against auto tune rappers.... things is... this song didnt even register with the mainstream... u can bump it in the clubs... they wont bump it on the radio.... its just not a hit..... its just J trying to grad the limelight from all these autotune tracks out there....

i mean really..... i get upset when people tell me Jay-z and lil wayne the best rappers alive... i mean do people really listen to what they saying... most there raps are just jumbled one liners.... thats it.

I dont even like jay that much either but I do respect his ability. This song wasnt for mainstream he even says it in the verses. Ohh well differene in opinion but Jay is Top 5 of all time and thats comin from someone who doesnt own any of his records. Wayne hell no maybe in the top 50.

Now that part is true. Not so much about Jay-Z, as it is for Wayne. He'll have a song about one thing, but his random bars in the verse are about another. Makes me think he can't stay on topic. But, his fans love that cause they don't wanna hear a song about any one topic, but rather a bunch of random punchlines. They want that "wow" factor, I guess. But back to J... I can't listen to him after The Black Album. He doesn't really seem to put in the same effort as he used to back in the Blue Print days (even though I know he still got it). But hey... That's my opinion. I'm sure plenty of people still like him. I do like DOA though. Only cause I'm afraid of where talentless capitalistic individuals may try to take the art form. Pretty soon... a true lyricists won't be able to have an outlet, and neither will a real street-dude. Just a bunch of r&b singers trying to sell their albums in the hip-hop section!!!!!!! lol

Camel Joe I mean Jay definately fell off. He can still make a hit, but he's nowhere like the old Jay. I always liked him, and DOA is a good track imo. This track was in noway getting at T-Pain, just all the rappers thinking they are T-Pain. On the same note his right hand man Kanye West last album was an auto-tune album, and he uses it on alot of features, and Jay is featured on songs with rappers using auto tune. Like on Jeezy's put on remix Jay even used auto tune on a line. If he is so much against it why would he do all these songs with rappers using auto tune? I am with you Hit when you said you don'y believe he doesn't write anything, I just don't see that happening. Lol yea that "freestyle" posted was from a Jay song that wasn't a freestyle.

LOL.... and he used autotune.... thing is... Jay trying to come with some kind of new image.....
But saying u dont write nothing... i just have a hard time belive it... it like wayne sayign he write all his stuff and u know currensy and his crew helped him write plenty of tracks ont he carter 1 & 2
